You'll receive trainer instructed one hour workouts on a weekly basis that will constantly drive you towards your IDEAL BODY as FAST as possible. I make sure your workouts are FUN and EFFECTIVE. You're actually going to LOOK FORWARD to working out for once!
As your libertyville personal trainer I will motivate you every step of the way so that reaching your fitness goals will be EASY (without this motivation, it's extremely difficult for most people to get in shape).
I will show you how to perform each exercise SAFELY and CORRECTLY. (You won't be one of the thousands of people using poor form).
I give you unlimited phone and email support which is critical to you reaching your goals. (When most people start an exercise program they quit within 30 days. I'm here to make sure this DOESN"T HAPPEN TO YOU.)
You pick the time frame that works best. I am available 7 days a week at your convenience. The personal training sessions can be wherever you choose -- at my gym, outdoors, or in the comfort and privacy of your home. I offer personal training throughout Lake County including Gurnee, Libertyville, Lake Forest, and Waukegan. I also train clients in downtown Chicago and other areas of Illinois upon request.
You'll learn about which foods you should eat and which foods you need to avoid. (It's probably not the foods you are expecting, and if you're like most Americans, you've probably had some of the "foods you want to limit or avoid" in the past 24 hours.
If you're confused about what you should be eating I will meet you at the grocery store of your choice and help you make the best food choices for your specific needs.
